How does Spindle CRM work with Spindle Digital?
Spindle Digital provides the channels and interfaces. Spindle CRM provides the customer-facing capability behind them. Both sit in the customer engagement layer of Spindle.
How does Spindle CRM work with Spindle BPM and WorkCentre?
Customer interactions often create work for staff. That work runs as processes and cases in Spindle BPM and appears in the WorkCentre queues.
Is Spindle CRM the same as Spindle Entity Master?
No. Spindle CRM supports customer relationships. Spindle Entity Master is an internal matrix that links a person's identifiers across systems. It is not a customer 360 or an enterprise customer data master.
Can I use Spindle CRM without Spindle PAS?
Yes. Spindle works alongside existing policy systems. A customer can adopt the engagement, process and integration layers without subscribing to Spindle PAS.
